The clocks go forward once a year for all residents of the USA, by one hour every time.

The clocks go FORWARD on the second Sunday in March every year. However, not all US states observe Daylight Saving Time which includes the following states: Hawaii, American Samoa, Arizona, Virgin Islands, Mariana and the Midway Islands.
